GGIS Meals – Key Policies

Payment Policy

  • Payments for monthly meal plans must be made at least one day before the current plan expires.
  • If payment is delayed, the new plan will be activated retroactively from the expiry date of the previous plan — not from the payment date.
  • You will receive reminders 2–4 days before plan expiry to help you renew on time.

Absence Policy

  • As we do not have access to school attendance records, absences must be reported directly to our Official WhatsApp Number: +91 9049326134.
  • To carry forward meals, notify us: 1) One day in advance, or   2) In emergencies, before 8:30 AM on the same day
  • Meals will be considered served if no timely notification is given.

Temporary Stoppage – Compulsory Students Only

  • For students on compulsory plans, meals can only be paused for medical reasons lasting more than 3 days.
  • A valid doctor’s note must be submitted via WhatsApp.
  • We can provide a sample format upon request.

Refund Policy

  • Meals will be carried forward if paused due to valid, communicated reasons.
  • Refunds will only be issued in the event of:  1) School admission cancellation, or   2) Verified long-term medical conditions. 
  • Refunds are processed after: 1) Submission of documentation, and  2) School confirmation. 

Booking – Optional Students

  • Orders must be placed: 1) One day in advance, or  2) Before 8:30 AM on the same day in case of emergencies.
  • No cash transactions are allowed at school.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of digital payment (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
