Refund Policy

Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with payment for school meals through our portal.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Fees Payment
- All meal program fees are to be paid in advance for the selected term/month.
- Payment confirms the child's enrollment for the meal service for the specified period.
2. No Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable, whether in part or full.
- This includes cases of absenteeism, holidays, short-term medical leave, voluntary discontinuation, or mid-term school withdrawal.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- Extended Medical Leave (15 or more consecutive school days, with valid medical proof).
- Permanent School Transfer/Relocation (with 15 days' advance notice and valid documentation).
- Service Discontinuation by Nyra Nutri Foods LLP (unused fees refunded proportionately).
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 30 working days.
- Refunds will be processed only to the original payer's bank account.
- No cash refunds will be made.
5. Grievances and Feedback
- Grievances regarding food quality or service will be addressed promptly.
- Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences or isolated complaints.
